Lip-smackingly drinkable, Swift is brewed with both lager (Saaz) and ale (Cascade) hops for the perfect blend of flavour and refreshment. Juicy, gently hoppy and mellow it is a firm favourite of the brewery team after a hard days work.

Draft at Craft Beer Rising 2014 - Brick Lane, London. Pours clear yellow with a white froth cap. A very decent golden ale marked by simple, doughy pale malts, lemony hops and lightly bitter straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good balance on the finish, more of the same: doughy pale bread, faint juicy lemon, straw. Quite basic but it is easy drinking.
