This cask conditioned ale was quite different from all the other five I had during a happy drinking session at the Marked Porter. Pale golden body with no head. Smell of tart fruits and some kind of spices. Tart citric fruits in flavour with malts behind. Dry bitter endnotes. Thin and a bit diluted. Refreshing but far from great. Just a half pint (London, 16.07.2010).

Cask gravity at Cambridge BF 08. Gold with lasting white head. Pretty standard drinkable strong golden beer. Some vague American citrus hops. Some syrupy citrus fruit. But fine if unexciting.
