Made from only George Washington approved cherries, this beer is an example of a parti-gyle. The first running a of wort were used to make a Russian Imperial Stout (coming soon) and the second runnings were fermented and aged on a large amount of tart black cherries. You will notice a nice tart cherry smell and taste followed by a slight roasted finish.
