At Eataly, NYC pint on cask ($10): I was excited to try something from this brewery (I think it is one of the few NYC breweries I have not yet sampled). Anyway, this pours amber with a slightly beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, a wee bit of saison funk, and some dirty, earthy malts. Taste is a little underwhelming. It is plenty earthy and bitter. Low carbonation as a result of the cask, of course.
