Tap @ Apollo, Copenhagen. This is a light cloudy mild browish body. It has a nice medium sized off-white head. The aroma; melon zesty and fruity with some yeast and malts. The mouthfeel is quite nice and almost silky with a soft carbonation level. Flavors are mild yeasty with notes of sweet brown sugar, leafs and fruits. A good one with a damn nice name! 06.01.2012
