Bought from the brewery stall at Walton Farmers Market. Clear copper gold. Frothy foamy white head. Arome is adjunct led. The ginger, lime and honey dominate. The ginger and lime are more prevalent when it comes to medium-have bitter flavour, alongside the bitter hops. An underlying honey sweetness is then more noticeable into the finish. A burn from.the ginger. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Punchy due to adjuncts. Don't mind it, even though I am not a fan of ginger.
