Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a slight burnt copper color with a film of a little white foamy head. No lace.
The aroma had some grassy hops coating a light dark bready malt base. Some light earthy spice.
The flavor cued up the malts pretty dry to even out some of that grassy hoppiness. Light yet lingering aftertaste of the dark bready malts. Sly finish of the bread and grassiness.
The feel was between light and medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Sly carbonation. Good ABV.
Overall, decent as a bock, could come back preferably with food.
