Red Sox Champion Red- Eighty-six years...OVER! Our SAWX have brought home the trophy at last. In celebration I give you this beer. A tasty delight of roasted malt, rough hops and drinkability. This is a one time brew that will be repeated only should the 'Olde Towne Team' be victorious again this fall. Enjoy while it lasts.

Optic pale ale malt is the base, with Munich malt, crystal maalt some cara-pils malt and a touch of roasted barley to make up the grain bill. Chinook hops bitter, Cascade and Newport hops are used for the flavor and aroma stages. Toast the champions with a Sawx red.
