Tap at Kaisla, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy deep orange with very small bubbly white head. Aromas and flavours: Ripe fruits, banana, grain, sweetness and malts. Very fresh and drinkable sahti. Balance of sweetness is very good in this. Flavours could be heavier.

Draught @ Kaisla. Pours murky reddish brown with a small head. Aroma of ripe bananas, yeast, earthy notes, juniper, spices and hints of grass. Taste is smooth, malty and sweetish with some yeast, rye, ripe banana, spices, juniper, grass and toffee. Finish is malty, warming and earthy with some pine, juniper, spices, rye bread, grass, hints of citrus, wood and ripe fruity banana. Quite balanced and tasty Sahti.
