Utilizing an authentic Belgian yeast strain and 120 pounds of NH Wildflower honey( from B-Line Apiaries in Hudson NH), this light copper ale showcases an aroma/flavor of honey with touches of fruit and a bready/biscuity malt character.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a semi-hazy burnt orange color with a small film of a white foamy head. Sly lace.
The aroma had some soft Belgian yeasty/breadiness up front, good amount of honey, light pomme-like fruits, and a soft herbal quality at the end.
The flavor leaned towards the sweetness of the blend. Fruits seemed a bit more scaled. Aftertaste had more honey sweetness. Finish was all about the honey.
The feel was light bodied, and pretty sessionable. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt just as good.
Overall, honey ale or a Belgian ale with honey in it? Not sure, but it’s worth a shot if you like what I just described.
