Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a dense, finger-thick white head. Some lacings left. The aroma is a bit weak. Pale malts, a touch of fruityness and some grassy notes. Maybe some canned pears as well. It’s dry and medium bodied, with a fine bitterness. Pale malts and some freshly mown grass. Pleasant bitterness in the end. A quite decent one, with good quenching qualities. 111127

Bottled 500ml (Naamat, BB 10/2011)
My first one from this brewery.
Deep clear golden color, small white head. Grassy, grainy aroma. Light to medium bodied. Sweetish malty, grassy hoppyness. Quite typical German craft brewery helles - in a good and in a bad way.

Bottled. Clear pale golden, small head. Dusty salty and fruity. Dryish with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Salty bitter finish. A straighforward thirst quenching pilsnerish lager.

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, And some minerals, leading to a bitter finish.

The bottle looks good, typical Braustolz-style. Looks also good in the glass. Starts very vapid, in the end a little bit too much alcoholic. Not as good as I exspected.

Bottle: A beer of golden colour with a smaller, but really stable and lacing creamy head; faint sweet-malty-grainy nose with a metallic and cardboardy touch; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; faint sweetish-grainy finish with clush of bitterness in the aftertaste. Better than the other Braustolz brews, but nevertheless no gem............

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Sweet strawy malty and slightly fruity aroma. Soft bittersweet flavour, medium to light bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Malt based taste with a touch of honey and a delicate herbal, slightly spicy note; rather slim and short malty and light-bitter finish. Likeable Export.
