Feine Exportbierspezialität von besonderem Charakter. Vollmundig-mild im Geschmack. Durch die noch aus DDR-Zeiten vorhandene Marktbekanntheit avancierte diese Sorte in kürzester Zeit zu einem Umsatzrenner. Unser „Spezi“ war und ist in Sachsen immer noch der Begriff für ein gepflegtes Braustolz. Mit seiner feinherben Bittere und einem unverwechselbar vollmundigen Geschmack ist Braustolz Spezial die Alternative für den Biertrinker.

Fľaška od kamaráta. Vôňa sladova. Farba bledsia zlatista s hustou penou. Chuť sladkásta sladovo medová.

Bottled@Kahdet Kasvot, Tampere. Honeyish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, floral, some toffeeish and mild earthy tones. Flavour is sweet malts, grass and some mild herbs. Easy-going and refreshing.

Braustolz Spezial, Flasche von Markgrafen, Wünsdorf. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase künstliche chemische Zitrone (Geschirrspülmittel), etwas breiteres helles Malz, Anklänge an Honig. - Antrunk künstlich zitronig und schmalspurig hellmalzig. Leichte Karamelsüße. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang milde zitronige Herbe. Deutlich ranziger Nachtrunk (Schweineschmalz). - Billig gemachtes Export, zwar von sortentypischer gerstiger Tiefe aber durch Fehlaromen beeinträchtigt. Noch trinkbar aber kein Genuß. (3.5.2020.)

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Soggy, grainy, slightly strawy aroma, a soapy and fungous touch. Taste is minimally sweet, doughy, pale malty, minimally soapy, hoppy overtones.

*Old rating. Best before 07.06.05. Malzig-süßliches, frisch hopfiges Bier. Neutrale Bittere, aber mild-malzig mit leichter malziger Süße. Lecker!

Das Bier hat eine goldgelbe Farbe und ordentlicher weißer Schaumkrone. Geruch grasig malzig, leicht hopfig, Citrus. Geschmack metallisch hopfig, grasig, etwas fruchitg.

Clear yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite clean, has a mild dust note. OK malty, but not really full-flavoured or sweet.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, malt, moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, malty, grassy, sweet dry malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111127]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Fresh, grassy hops in the nose. Medium body, clean, straight malt, a little sulphur and dry hops in the finish where also a little metal appear. 271111
