Helles, spritziges Weizen mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 5,4 % vol. Durch die Verwendung spezieller obergäriger Bierhefe erhält diese naturtrübe Spezialität ein fruchtiges Aroma, das von den Geschmacksnoten Zimt, über Nelke bis hin zum Bananenaroma reicht. Mit Pilsner-, Cara- und Weizenmalz gebraut. Erhältlich im Party- und Stahlfass, in den Brauereirestaurants sowie in den folgenden Restaurants: Zum Braunen Mutz, Bar zem Stainlemer, Bar Café Huguenin, Flora Buvette, Bollwerk Buvette, Rösslirytti, Parkrestaurant Lange Erlen.

(Tap) Cloudy golden amber, good white head. Aroma of banana, notes of cloves and bacon. Light body with plenty of frothy carbonation. Pleasant fruity (citrus and banana) start, pepper and phenolic smoked meat notes appear. The phenolic notes rather spoil what is otherwise a good weizen.

0.5l flip-top bottle from globus in basel. pours a hazy pale orange with a frothy white head. aroma of coriander, yeast, eggs?, a bit harsh. no bananas? flavour of coriander and soap. something?s wrong with this bottle.

100ml, 5.4 % abv, draught at the brewpub. A wheat haze to golden body. A bubbly ring at the surface. Dotted spots on the glass. Spiced fruity aroma with banana sweetness. Flavours of ripe banana, wheat, and clove with a touch of citrus to the ending. Medium bodied. Not overly sweet, decent version of the style (Basel 27.07.2014).

Draught @ Fischerstube, Rheingasse 45, 4058 Basel, Switzerland.Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, bubble gum fruity, yeast, butter notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity, bubble gum ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111110]
