A traditional Czech Dark Lager served off of our side-pour faucet, this is the perfect cold-weather lager beer. A beauty in the mug with a thick tan head and ruby highlights, this beer displays complex layers of malt character with notes of caramel, toast, dried fruit, and chocolate. Its medium-full body gives way to a drying finish, leading to supreme drinkability. A staff favorite here at Bakes.

Lukr at the brewery, 1/20/25. Dark brown pour, tan head. Coating lace. Roasty and grainy. Earthy. Very smooth, creamy feel. A little dry. Nicely done.
