We used locally sourced pilsner malt from Field Five Farm in conjunction with flaked corn and rice to create a low alcohol and highly crushable easy lager. Delicately hopped for balance and fermented ice cold with natural carbonation and a crisp, clean finish.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is clean, with light grassiness, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and clean, with straw and some mild toasted grains. There’s not much character to this, but I guess that’s the point. A clean micro pale lager, but uninteresting.

6oz pour at the brewery. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Crackery corn malts on the nose, some toasted rice. Flavour has cracker malts, some toasted rice, straw. Simple profile, but crisp and enjoyable.
