LE GRAND BRUGNON is a lambic-inspired sour ale. This 2018 harvest batch consists of two select barrels of beer, which were aged for 9 and 11 months, respectively, before being blended and combined with fresh, organic Le Grand nectarines grown at Masumoto Family Farm in Del Rey, California. The fruit was crushed by hand and added directly to the barrels (at a dosage rate of about 300 grams per liter of beer), where it aged for another 8 weeks before bottle-conditioning with local honey. Chill and pour carefully, as this bottle contains sediment, and features high carbonation to enhance mouthfeel and aroma.
