Quite malty, and bready, with some distinct pretzel aroma and flavour. Some pine resins and fresh cut grass. Quite bitter for the style and a little too heavy on the cereals, and not enough hops. Decent but nothing special.

Not quite what I enjoy in a pale ale. Lots of bitter hops without too much distinguishing character for variety. Mostly just a wooden flavour. Lots of malt in aroma, but hops and malt don’t necessarily integrate well. Bitter finish, average carbonation. Amber pour, no head or lacing. Tap at volos.
