Optimal Witch, our newest Tasting Room offering, pours dark gold and hazy. It is brewed with a variety of fall spices, local honey, and pumpkins. This witchy brew does not have frogs' legs, or enchanted potions. And, no matter how many you drink, you will not develop any magical powers. Optimal Witch is subtly sweet on the nose with hints of coriander and cinnamon. The flavors come through in the taste exactly as expected, with pumpkin and fall spices. We think each sip will delight as we slip into the fall season, Cheers!

Draft at the brewery. Poured a hazy yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma is clove, coriander and other spices, with a touch of pumpkin. Flavor was similar. I love Optimal Wit, but something just doesn't quite hit it out of the park here. Maybe coriander+ pumpkin pie isn't the flavor combination I'm really digging. It grew on me while I was drinking it, but I think I'd rather just have an Optimal Wit.
