Unfiltriert wie in alten Zeiten kommt das vollkommene, süffige Aroma zur Geltung und ergibt ein unverwechselbares weiches und mildes Geschmackserlebnis. Es sieht gold bis bernsteinfarben aus und ist trüb.

Very good Kellerbier, I wish I had it draught fresh and in good condition. 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemarkt, Tübingen (Swabia, Germany). # 3517; 3/2023. Bready, fruity, yeasty, musty aroma. Hazy white yellow. Aroma is light mossy hops light cereal. Taste is sour yeast with slight worty stale notes. Thin body. Unusual sourness. A little weird.

Vat de tap @ Neckarmüller Tübingen. Troebel donkergeel bier met mooie schuim kraag die helaas snel wegzakt. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig, kruidig met een licht zuurtje en iets van citrus. Mooi bier.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlichem Schaum. Geruch malzig, hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig grasig, malzig, leicht würzig.

Ein sehr süffiges, leicht herbes Bier. Es hat erstaunlich wenig CO², schmeckt aber trotzdem nicht abgestanden. Dabei aber doch einen Tick zu muffig. Trotzdem ein schönes Kellerbier!
