We enjoy drinkin’ IPA. It’s just a simple fact. And when we do drink IPA, we like ’em Just Like That.
Just Like That is a new 6.5% IPA built on a multigrain grist. Pilsen malt, of course. Pale malt, sure. But oat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked rye? They walked right through the door, too.
Almighty Citra populated Just Like That’s whirlpool. The dry hop, meanwhile, showcases Alora, a new PNW varietal introduced by Hopsteiner only recently. It’s a new hop for us, big on yuzu, ripe melon, and peach. Fun fact: Alora is Latin for beautiful dream, dreamlike, or divine light. Another fun fact: We also added Riwaka and more Citra to the dry hop.
When we want something, man, we don’t wanna pay for it. Unfortunately, you do have to pay for this one, though. It’s $20 a pack.

Draft at Spacebar. Poured a hazy yellow-orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was big melons, mangoes. Flavor was Light green onion, fresh hop. Tropical fruits. Creamy, easy to drink.

Lemon and grapefruit. Some green, unripe mango. Great mix here and a wonderful IPA all around. Hazy yellow pour with great head and lacing. Light bitter end, not really any green onion or hop tang. Love this. Tap at brewery.
