Dry and zippy, Country Roads is our 5.1% saison. Brewed with a simple grist of Epiphany’s Modern Pils, triticale (a hybrid of wheat and rye), and flaked wheat. Gently bittered with German Magnum, judiciously hopped later with Czech Saaz. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain of legendary origins.
An antidote to the crushing heat, Country Roads is everything we want in a farmhouse ale. Instantly refreshing, with complexities revealing themselves as it warms. Perfect after a long day of work, whether at the office or out in the field.

Light florals and some hay like the back of farm pickup trucks. Good balance. Hazy golden. Light bitter finish. Tap at churchkey.

4 oz pour on draft at Ocelot. Poured a hazy yellow color with a large white head. Fluffy, quickly dissipating. Light funky notes. Touch of dusty notes in this. Some cloves and banana. Nice.
