This amber, medium bodied ale takes its name from the Malted and Flaked Oats added during brewing, adding a smooth, creamy flavor and mouth-feel. Rich and well balanced. Crisp German caramel flavors are balanced out by mild, spicy, slight citrus flavored Liberty hops.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was a blast of creamy, sweet, almost candy-like malts. Creamy, easy to drink. Interesting.
