The imperial version of our dearly beloved house-ish IPA Home*, this 8.1% brew is loaded with arguably the two greatest hops on god’s green earth: Citra and Nelson Sauvin.
We use the former Pacific Northwest varietal — in both Cryo and T-90 pellet form — on the hot side, then hit the beer with an even split of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and more Citra during the dry-hop. You’re familiar with the majesty of this union: crushed white grape, ripe tropical fruit, and a touch of dankness meets orange citrus zest and melon. Now make it more majestic.
As with Home*, we brew this hearty IPA with Pilsner malt base and a touch of rye (or, in this case, the rye-wheat hybrid triticale). For Uber Home, we also use some Epiphany Helles and Munich malts for a bit more character and color.

Wonderful beer. Great nelson grapefruit, tangerine. Great profile. Hazy yellow pour with good head and lacing. Grapefruit finish, a little bitterness and a little sweetness. Great stuff. Can from Advent calendar.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a clear dark golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was lots of pine, citrus. Caramel malts come through. Earthy hop notes too. Mellow aroma here - very mild, easy to drink.

500 ml bottle poured into a tulip. Thanks Tyler! Bottled 2/8/2017. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, floral notes, a little biscuit. Tastes of orange and grapefruit citrus, a little lemon, floral notes, some malt. Medium body with a dry finish. Light bitterness. Tasty.
