Sampled from the cask at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear extremely pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Flavor is full of sweet apple with some bourbon and a bit of candied apple in the finish.

375ml bottle at the December 2016 DC area cider tasting. Poured a golden yellow color. Apple, booze. Flavor was slightly sweet for an iced cider, though the finish was dry and a touch boozy.

From a bottle at the RB cider tasting December 2016. Pours A clear copper with a scant head. Fairly intense apple aroma. Flavors of apple and and herbs. Sweet and nice.
