A graduate of our One-Off Wednesday program, this milk stout is homebrewer Carl’s baby. Carl says it was 10 years in the making. And for the last two years, it is all he has brewed.
Full body, creamy, tasting chocolate and coffee from roasted barley and dark malt. Roast character with just a hint of coffee and chocolate. Nice mouthfeel and subtle aroma.

4 oz pour on draft at Old Ox. Poured a dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma was roasted chocolate. Light, creamy dark chocolate notes. Roasted, tasty.

4 oz pour on draft at Old Ox. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of roast, dark chocolate. Tastes of roast, dark chocolate, malt. Medium body with a dry finish.
