Bottled sample at Whole Foods Market Charlottesville, 6/3/16. Hazy pale straw yellow. Aroma of dry apples, yeast, sweet finish. The taste is dry apples, hay, yeast. Medium bodied, well balanced. Very nice!

Came in a 375 or 500 ml bottle from Grape and Bean Rosemont. Poured a fizzy, golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma was a mix between apples and a Belgian Saison. Flavor was about the same. It retains some crisp cider notes, very crisp, but funky enough with the Belgian Ale yeast they used. Crisp, dry, tasty. Did not expect this.
