This particular version is a celebratory liquid toast to our friend Norm and is inspired by his love for the west coast hops that fueled the mid-90's beer boom. With a nod to tradition but an eye on the future, we've mixed classic cascade and centennial varietals with Citra and some new-age hop processing techniques to create a truly unique and delicious drinking experience.

16 oz can poured into a snifter at Spacebar. Courtesy of DCLawyer, thanks Jason! Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes. Tastes of citrus, floral notes, malt. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice collab with Norm!

Draft at Old Ox. Poured a very slightly hazy, yellow, pale orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was a really nice fruity, citrus character. Flavor was similar, very juicy, floral hops with a really pleasant citrus character. Really nice and juicy. Great beer for Norm and Norm's Beer and Wine!
