Our Weizen has a nice bright orange color tending to amber, with a persistent creamy foam that adheres well to the glass. The appearance is slightly turbid thanks to the important protein richness of the wheat and to the yeast in suspension. The perfume, with good intensity, reveals fine spicy and fruity notes beautifully balanced. These notes with hints of vanilla, nutmeg, banana and yellow fruits, will be felt more intensely in the mouth and will extend smoothly into the final. Of moderate alcohol content, lean body and with good acidity cutting, it is particularly refreshing.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of over ripe fruits, leading to a tart finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced and slight herbal to estery. High carbonation. Estery, slight fruity. Bubblegum and slight fruity finish.

Hazy - murky medium orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, banana, bubble gum, clove, yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, clove, banana.
