Vielen Dank an kevnic2008! Sehr trübe goldene Farbe, große leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch gering fruchtig, getreidig, hefig, würzig. Geschmack leicht bananig überdeckt von einer getreidig würzigen Note, leicht hefig, gutes Weizen!

Dunkel hefiger, wenig malziger Antrunk. Geringfügig hopfig, erfrischend herb, die Hefigkeit ist auch im weiteren Verlauf fast zu vernachlässigen. Langweilig. 11/9/9/8/7/7

Bottle 500ml.Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate to light heavy yeasty, banana, clove. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111115]

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a huge and slowly lacing foamy white head. Yeasty, delicately fruity and grainy malty aroma with a light to moderate wheat-character and notes of cloves. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Grainy malty and wheaty taste with lighter fruity notes of banana, citrus; sweet and wheaty, mildly sour-fruity finish with a touch of cloves. Middle of the road Weizen. 13.X.10

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, unclear, not cloudy, slowly collapsing white head, sticking to the glass; lemony-grainy nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour,light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy; slightly lingering lemony-fruity finish. Average and inoffensive Wheat.......

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts fine fruity like banana, quite yeasty. Finish a bit dry, but still very drinkable. Not bad!

bottle from Getränke Göbel Giengen/Brenz. Cloudy pale yellow colour, large white head. Wheaty nose. Medium-bodied, shy malty background with lots of wheat flavours and a woody character. By far not as fruity (banana) as many other beers of the style, this one had more wheat flavours and a nice shy yeasty character. Extremely lively carbonation.
