Ons eerste bier is een biersoort dat hip, fris en fruitig is: een India Pale Ale (IPA). Een karaktervolle Ale waar extra hoppen aan toegevoegd zijn (dryhopping) waardoor het een extra aromatische hopsmaak krijgt.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ 't Kleine Uiltje, Gorinchem. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Malty aroma with some weedy citrus hops. Medium bitter taste with a bitter finish. Too weak on the hops and too malt forward to make it a 'real' IPA. More a Belgian take on an IPA, without the dominant yeast character.
