An eye-opening amber ale with mint and ginger. It starts with mint, which is complemented by the oriental freshness of ginger and the soft bitterness of Goldings hops. On the tongue lightly caramelized malts join in with juicy notes of sugarcane that help to smooth out the spiciness of ginger. In the end ginger is not the only one that warms.

TCBW2024. Slightly hazy goldeny amber colour with a small off-white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is herbal, some mint, mild aloe vera and a bit ginger freshness too. Flavour is ginger, some mint, mild aloe veraish tones. A bit mild yeasty tones too. Refreshing.

Smell- weak, peppermint, ginger soon overwhelm it. Later in glass peppermint overwhelms ginger. Foam- thin, large in mouth, bit to watery side,, ginger notes with some sweetness. Head is creamy white color. Appearance- hazy orange, brown color with some carbonation. Taste- herbal, sweet, peppermint, some ginger, candy, cough syrup (in a good way). Very herbal and sweet, very nice, sweet, and smell feels like peppermint candy.

On tap at Labietis Centraltirgus, pours a hazy copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of ginger and mint. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh ginger, accentuated by light mint leaves. Fresh, spicy and herbal. Pretty damn nice for what it is.
