Deep, dark red to amber in color with light, mildly-carbonated, white foam and light head retention. Strong Golden Raisins and Dates in the aroma. Tastes of bitter-sweet caramel candy with a citrus-like fruit bitterness in a thick, honey-like finish. Hops are moderate yet balanced with the warm, alcohol burn present in the aftertaste. Best served at 45 to 50 degrees.

on tap @Sunshine Challenge-thin lt tan-cloudy brown/orange. A-soft med malt (cardboard on one pour, not there on a 2nd). T-soft med malt, med fruit, 2nd spice hops.
