Beer exploded out of the bottle after opening, lots and lots of foaming. Aroma is rather offensive with sourish berries, hay and nutty notes. Flavour has nettles, gooseberry bush, berries typical to Danish ales, nuts and some tart woody notes. What is this shit? Not an Abbey Tripel anyway.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Yeast, dark malts, sugar , caramel and a whiff of alcohol.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, brew - malt extract, moderate yeasty, fruity, belgium yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, extract, riped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111031]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty, vegetable and dry malty. Sweet, vegetable and caramelish. Sweet, caramelish and slight spiced finish.

bottle at papsø tasting, cloudy brown, small offwhite head. malty and slightly fruity aroma. flavor is strong from alc. quite spicy, grassy.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with pretty much no head. Fruity, yeasty nose with a lightly phenollic touch. Very solid body, hardly any carbonation. Fruity and estery. Boozy finish with quite some underlying bittering hops. 311011
