Lots of hops on the nose, some wet bread, but with dark barley and light grain notes. White head, boring yellow body. Flavour has notes of grass, corn, hops. Very smooth palate. A good blonde.

bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Hazy golden colour, fruity nose. Full-bodied, malty base with a fruity character, hints of caramel, nuts and dried fruit. Smooth palate.

Bottled (330ml). βPours a cloudy golden/yellow colour with medium sized airy white head and faint acidic lemon nose. Lively carbonation. Mild malty, hoppy, yeasty and fruity aroma with notes of coriander and other spices. Drinkable. 6.0%ABV.

(Bottle at Tavern St Germain, Paris, 15 Oct) Pale amber colour, hazy, with huge foamy head. Fruity and spicy nose with mandarin, apricots and honey. Fruity taste with notes of apricots, peaches, bitter orange marmalade and cardamom. Fresh and spicy finish. Nice beer.
