Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsied off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild caramel, toffee and some slight grassy/floral notes. Flavour is very similar in a nice balance. A bit towards the sweeter side, but still not overly sweet.

Rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, Karamell. Geschmack röstmalzig süß, leicht schokoladig. Süffiges dunkles Bier.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts mild-malty, modest roasty, not too dry. Hints of liquorice and chocolate. Soft-malty finish, not too intense. Really nice!

Dark amber colour, mid-sized off-white head. Malty with caramel. A very mild beer.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, brown sugar, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, brown sugar, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is sweet toffee, grain and caramel. Flavor has grain, paper, fruit and light acidic notes. Medium to thin body.

Bottle. It’s a clear, dark amber beer topped by a dense, off-white head. Rather dms-ish and butterscotchy on the nose, some dried fruits and grains. Dried fruits and an unpleasant butterscotchy touch in the flavor, with some grains and a roasted touch. Medium body. Certainly a beer I won’t miss. 111105

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, bread, syrop, malt and hops.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Brown/amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel and light nutty. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, chocolate, nutty, medium sweet and a little bitter.
