bottle. Dark red-brown colour, medium-size head. Flavour of roasted malt, slightly hoppy. A bit thin, though. Hints of cardboard and caramel.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Discreet aroma of slightly toasted malt, slightly nutty with a tinge of caramel and herbal hops. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Delicately toasted malty taste, slightly papery with notes of caramel; moderately dry, sweet-bitter finish with a touch of papery malt in the aftertaste. Rather mediocre Dunkel.

Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck !) Deep amber coloured, slowly diminishing off-white head; delicate dark-malty nose with the faintest illusions of caramel and hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour; sweet-toasted finish. O.K., decent..........
