Pendulum

Dark brown to black in color with moderately carbonated, tan foam and medium head retention. Prominent but not overpowering coconut aroma followed by dark roasts. Tastes of semi-sweet coconut, whole grain toast, mild coffee and oatmeal with mild bitterness. Finishes moderately dry and crisp with silky coconut. Best served at 40 to 45 degrees.
