Aroma has yeasty notes, some fruits and hints of citrus, Flavour has yeasty notes, some citrus and hints of cardboard. Quite foamy palate. Quite odd finish with wet paper. Gets a bit unpleasant and papery at the end of the glass.

330ml bottle [Kleine Weisse]. Hazy dark golden colour with huge, frothy to creamy, white head. Decent wheaty aroma with a citrus note, minimally spicy touch. Taste is wheaty, minimally yeasty, a citrus touch. Uninspired, a bit flat.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, February 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy head and lacings. Sweet nose of banana and wheat. Flavor adds a bit of citrus, rubber and caramel. Medium bodied. Decent Weizen.

Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet fruity, yeasty, caramel notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111014]

Bottle (bought in Essing): Nearly clear, deep golden coloured, smaller, quite stable off-white head, wheaty, caramelly nose with a subtle fruitiness (bananas); moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; wheaty and sourish finish with a taste of bananas. Not really convincing..........

(33cl bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Quite phenolic nose of band-aid and cloves with a restrained fruit and wheat character. Light sweet flavour, yeasty and moderate wheaty taste with light citrus-fruity notes and a strong clovy touch; yeasty-bitter, clovy finish. Not very balanced, disappointing Weizen.
