Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Lemony ginger aroma. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Boiled veggies, ginger and lemon. Low bitterness. Pretty decent for a beer produced for the worst scammers in beer business: Haus der 131 Biere.

Bottle 330ml.Clear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, soap, moderate to light heavy lemon - ginger. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, soapy, ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Bottle. It’s an unclear, yellow beer with a dense, white head. Coriander, lemon and some pale malts on the nose. The flavor is too lemony and orangey, with some coriander and a little bitterness. Medium body, a bit sweetish. Bitter finish with a good dash of citrus. Not the typical ginger infused beer, drinkable indeed, but not very interesting. 110819
