on tap-pours an off white head and hazy amber color. Aroma is sweet light/medium malt-caramel/peat, spice, fruit. Taste is sweet light/medium malt-caramel/peat, spice, fruit. **I’m guesssing they cleaned their lines since Fratto and cwsample were there. I was in on Feb 22nd.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is evenly hoppy and malty. Light to medium body with flavors of sweet caramel malt and mildly bitter hops. There is a hint of fruit as well. The finish is lightly hoppy with a short bitter aftertaste. Nothing offensive, just a pretty boring Amber overall.
