Shark Bite Summer Ale is brewed using over 50% wheat malt, noble German Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops, lemon peel and Melegueta pepper, an ancient brewing spice used by medieval brewers. Melegueta pepper is an aromatic spice related to ginger that has a spicy, peppery flavor with a hint of jasmine, hazelnut and citrus.
