on tap-pours an off white ring for a head and amber color. Aroma is sweet medium malt-toffee, slight spice, yeast. Taste is sweet medium malt-toffee, slight spice, yeast-banana. Interesting interpretation on a Dubbel.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and light fruity. Bitter, light spiced and slight acidic flavoured. Lingering spiced and dark malty into the finish.
