on tap-pours a retaining thick tan head with thick lacing and dark brown color. Aroma is sweet medium malt-cocoa, banana, clove. Taste is initially slight ashy, sweet medium malt-cocoa, banana, then somewhat tart finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is slight estery fruity. Light caramelish note. Mild fruity too. Simple. Light bitter and slight acidic finish.
