Heavy on hops, that was always the brewery plan. So in 1980, we loaded Pale Ale up with Cascade—a new hop at the time named after the mountain range—and the intense aromas of pine and citrus sparked the American craft beer revolution.

Catada en vaso shaker, color ambar anaranjado, espuma marfil de mediana retención. Huele a malta, caramelo, miel, citricos, pino, resina, hierba, bosque...Bastante equilibrada en boca, toques de malta pomelo, caramelo, resina, lúpulo. Postgusto amargo, muy agradable. Definitivamente una buena cerveza, digna de repetir cuando sea menester.

Poured from the tap (choosing this versus the draft version due to the ABV - thinking this may be the “special draft”). Clear copper gold with small white head. Mild caramel malt with mild citrus and pine hops. Okay.
