firkin-pours a creamy retaining thin white head that laces and amber color. Aroma is sour/tart fruit, vinegar, medium malt. Taste is sour/tart fruit-caramel apple, vinegar, medium malt, oak-wood, alcohol. Nice representation of style, although not my style.
