Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a dark red almost brown color with a slight film of a little white foamy head that softened out gently. Left some spotty lace.
The aroma had some roast, sweet grains, toast and nuts. Some caramel malts.
The flavor leaned into the sweetness at first and then developed a little bit of roast with a little bit of clean butterscotch. Light aftertaste of the roast and then gently flows right on into the finish.
The feel was about medium bodied with a good carbonation about it. ABV felt good. Pretty smooth along my tongue.
Overall, nice English styled brown ale worthy of having again.

on tap-pours a rich tan head that laces and dark copper color. Aroma is medium malt-roasty/some chocolate, faint earthy hops. Taste is medium malt-roasty/some chocolate, secondary earthy hops. Nice English brown.
