On tap. Pours with a hazed golden to amber hued body with an off-white head. Aromas are grainy, malty, caramel and light esters, a touch of grass. Flavors show a bit of diacetyl, cereal and grainy, light fruit. Mild. Lively bubbles and quite thin.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber-brown color with a thin light beige head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Sweet malt and fruit in the nose. Light body with flavors of sweet bready malt, grass and mild hops. The finish is brown sugar and chocolate malt with a short sweet aftertaste. The brewery says it is a Pale Ale but I couldn’t figure how it fits in that category. Regardless it is a thoroughly average flagship beer overall.

on tap-pours a patchy light tan head and deep red color. Aroma is mild musty medium malt. Taste is medium malt-roasty, faint hops. Easy drinking.
