Fra fat på Fermentoren, København under en minicrawl på Vesterbro 4 Nov 11. Litt uklar. Lys gylden med et pent luftig skum som henger i på glassveggen. God karamellaroma. Syrlig smak. Sitrus. Ikke mye annet.

Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus finish.

Tap @ fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy head and lacings. Smooth and Delicious. Blackurrant, Berries and grapefruit. Dry, crisp and fresh.

On tap. Hazy yellow with a creamy white head leaving laces. Fresh and exotic hop combo in the nose - I thought Sorachi Ace, but no?? The body is fairly light, lightly sweet fruity and then this amazing melange of all the tropical notes you can possibly imagine. Dry and hoppy finish. Delightful and extremely quaffable. 291011

Draught at Fermentoren, the great new beer bar at Vesterbro. White tophead that fades quickly to a patchy surface, spotty lacing to the glass. Body colour is unclear, golden. Floral aroma, mild fruits as well. Twist of lemon and bitter orange to the taste buds. Relatively mild, hop bitter ending. Rounded on the swallow. Session qualities (Copenhagen, 04.11.2011).

Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700.Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, peach, light yeasty, soapy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, peel bitter, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111029]

hazy yellow, smooth large white head. Vey nice quite hoppy aroma, pine and flowers. Flavor is very grapefruity bitter, fruit peel. I find it a little too bitter compared with the rest of the flavor profile

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lemons and hops as well as medium notes of malt, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap at Fermentoren. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild mango and light peachy hoppy. Mellow peachy, vague plastic note. Subdued sweet, crisp fruity, light peachy and mild mango. Medium bitter and subdued sweet finish.
