From old tasting notes. Clear brassy gold color. Bubbly white head. Fragrant toasted malt nose. Spicy toasted malt flavor is accented by a floral, buttery hop character. Nutty malt and citrus hops in finish.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium golden color with only a trace of a white head that faded almost instantly. The aroma is light malts with a light crisp floral hop presence. The flavor is dry and crisp with trace malts and moderate floral hops. The finish is dry and hoppy.

12 oz bottle-pours a white head. Color is clear yellow. Aroma is grassy, malt. Taste is malt, smooth, good carbonation. This was better cooled down, maybe 40’ vs cold at 35’.
