Bottled. A pitch black beer with a huge dark brown head - over carbonated seems infected. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, soy sauce, and sweet malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, alcohol, caramel, and a bit of bresd, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Bottle at the Operagrillen; vintage 2010
Black color; the bottle is gushing, it pours a big frothy head that is not persistent. Mild aroma of roasted malt, with light cheesy yeast. The body is weaker than expected, and the mouthfeel is very dry, as well the alcohol perception is high; by evidence this beer refermented in the bottle and ate all the sugars; there is roasted malt flavor and quite strong bitterness, some cardboard, and some sourness from the roasted malts. Roasty final.
They should not sell these flawed bottles.

Bottled at Green Lion Inn, Malmö. Near black, huge lively head. Milky chocolate aroma. Mid sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Mild and caramelly with lots of milk chocolate, some tobacco, sugar and crystal malt. A down to earth easy going imperial stout on the lowest end of the spectre.

Bottle 33 cl. At Operagrillen - their own label on this botte. Pours an opaque black with a lively light brown head. Hard roast malt in the nose, a little smoke and iodine as well. Medium body, hard roasted malts, heavy carbonation, very burned and ashy malt bitter finish. 301011
Bottle 33 cl. Pours black and opaque with a frothy and very thin light brown film head that dissipates completely. Hard roasted malts in the nose, licorice and a whiff of smoke. Medium body, almost scorched dark malts, somewhay ashy, a little barnyard and a tart edge. Distinct malt bitter finish again with some smokiness. Very rustic! But clearly this tiny place has a problem with infections. 7/3/6/3/13=3.2 050211
